GBCN is a member (Prospective GBC) of the World Green Building Council. As such, it is part of a network of over seventy national green building councils from all regions of the world, twelve of them located in Africa. The World GBC acts as a networking and coordinating body for these national GBCs.
GBCN is led by a Seven-Member Board of Directors comprising senior personsfrom across the real estate and construction sector, including built environment professionals, real estate developers and green building experts. GBCN’s Board issupported by one full-time staff and several volunteers who are students andemerging professionals in the built environment sector.
